Panâh Project is an apparel sample room located in Industry City, Brooklyn. It offers pattern making, sample making, and on-demand production services to responsible fashion brands in order to create a sustainable industry.
Morteza Saifi and Evgeniya Khromina founded the company in Nairobi, Kenya in 2013. In Nairobi, they worked full time for 5 years. The team trained local women and youth in production of luxury-quality apparel for international market and created over 50 full-time ethical jobs over the years.
From the start, Panâh Project has strived for gender equality, fair wages and healthy work environment.
