Papa Tango Five is a solo consultancy specialising in urban development and planning, mostly serving local governments and organisations through expert advice and process leadership in a development context. Daniel Andersson, an architect, urban planner and strategist with 20 years of experience, has worked for Swedish municipalities, the United Nations, and as a consultant.
