We have created a new mono-material that did not exist before, called x23®; PAPER EXTRUDABLE, IMPERMEABLE, THERMOFORMABLE and ORGANICALLY COMPOSTABLE. This disruptive product is a mono-component blend of paper and vegetal bioplastic, visually paper, and resistant and flexible like conventional plastic. It is applicable to all existing technologies: injection, extrusion, thermoforming, shrinking, and filament for fiber textile: · Technical capacities equivalent to fossil plastics. · Reusable material, microwave and dishwasher safe. · Thermal resistance up to 100/110ºC. · Strong sealing capacities. · Excellent for highest productive performance in conventional machinery. · Optimal mechanical properties. · Competitive price range at 1,05 g/m³ density. · CONTACT FOOD and OK-COMPOST certification Currently, the objective of this material is to replace the total application of any plastic of fossil origin with a single product in various formats and is focused on the legislative challenges posed by the EUROPEAN UNION for the 2030 plan.
