Paradigm Engineers and Constructors is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Architecture/Engineering/Interiors and Project Management firm specializing in Federal consulting and VA Healthcare Facility Design. Our Engineering and Architectural Staff members have extensive experience in all facets of design engineering and project management including but not limited to residential, commercial, federal and industrial arenas. Having experience in these responsibilities gives Paradigm the unique perspective of understanding not only the Owner's wishes for design, but how to properly and efficiently convey those wishes to the contractor from a design perspective through various methods of contracting and construction deployment activities. Paradigm has completed hundreds of contracts for renovations, additions and new facility construction for VA Hospitals Nationwide, in addition to numerous master planning studies, physical security and blast mitigation consulting efforts for VA and Department of Defense (DoD) and US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) clients across the globe.
