Paradigm Project Management has been servicing the Western Canadian Sedimentary basin for the past 10 years with a primary focus on oil & gas operations within Saskatchewan. As a core group we have over 300 years of combined oil and gas experience that was gained from all over the world. Our initial role was to provide well site supervision to various oil and gas producers but has grown to include a full suite of services in both field and office roles. Our main goal is to provide a locally connected project management service that can offer as much value as possible without any compromise to safety and regulatory requirements. Paradigm Project management has been effectively providing services in these key areas: • Well Site Supervision – Completion, Workover, Abandonment and Frac Operations. • Project Management and Engineering. • Data Submission both to IRIS / MER on behalf of various producers. • Economic Analysis and Evaluation through AFE creation and cost estimation. • Acting as company liaison to deal with sensitive issues and landowners. • Importation of innovative products / technology that help further oil and gas extraction.
