Paradigm Solutions has provide Customer Loyalty programs for the retail industry since its inception in 1988 and Customer Relationship Management programs for the financial services industry since 1998. Paradigm is the oldest provider of web-sourced Customer Relationship Management and Customer Loyalty programs in the country. We implemented our first web-sourced Customer Satisfaction Measurement program for the Norwest Mortgage Comapny in 1999 and implemented the first web-scourced Customer Loyalty Program in 2000.
