Nous avons conçu une méthode permettant à tout le monde d'adhérer à ces belles disciplines de façon sécuritaire et ludique. Actuellement nous sommes dans une période ou l'entrainement et les sports sont bien vus et valorisés et de plus en plus en expansion dans la société. Nous cherchons à pousser les méthodes d'entrainements vers de nouveaux horizons et démontrer aux gens qu'il est possible de s'entrainer de façon fonctionnel, c'est-à-dire développer une santé, une flexibilité et une force qui permet à votre corps d'accomplir bien plus que dans un entrainement conventionnel ou il suffit de lever des poids. Et bien sûr, tout cela sans compter les bienfaits psychologiques qui en résultent lors de l'accomplissement de telles prouesses.
