The difference between equity and equality is the difference between sameness and fairness. Parallel Prospects Foundation are addressing this lack of fairness head on by providing opportunity to those who don’t have access to employment due to the lack of a qualification. Through providing bursaries, removing the financial barriers to gaining or changing a career we transform people, their families and communities.
