Paramount Hockey

Paramount Hockey is a comprehensive development program dedicated to goaltenders of all ages and skill levels. Our primary goal is to support our athletes in various aspects, including enhancing their physical conditioning, technical skills, and emotional resilience. At the core of our approach lie fundamental values such as honesty, perseverance, and motivation. These principles guide our dedicated team, led by founder and former goaltender Olivier Gervais. Our program empowers individuals to effectively manage their emotions, navigate the highs and lows of the game, and cultivate a profound understanding of universally applicable skills beyond the ice. Key highlights of Paramount Hockey: Over 15 camps held annually Weekly training sessions We work with over 550 goaltenders each year Engaged with more than 25 programs, including LHJMQ, USports-Universities, AAA structures, schools, minor league hockey, and more Our team comprises more than 10 experienced coaches, including kinesiologists, sports psychologists, and former goaltenders.
