Paramount Investments Limited (PIL) is a Management Company of First Paramount Modaraba (FPM), a Non Banking Financial Institute. It was established in Karachi, Pakistan on February 24th 1992, under the Companies Ordinance 1984. It is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE). FPM is a member of NBFI & Modaraba Association of Pakistan.
The Authorized capital of Paramount Investments Limited is Rs.50,000,000/- divided into 5,000,000/- certificates of Rs.10/- each with a paid up capital of Rs.22,319,000/-.
The Company provides Islamic Financial Services to its clients in the form of Murabaha, Musharakah, Modaraba and other modes of Islamic Finance.
FPM also offers Certificate of Musharakah for investment. We offer best possible return on COM for different tenures. COM can be purchased by individuals, NGOs; Provident & Gratuity funds holders, Corporate Institutions and other concerns.
