 Client Service – to deal clients and guide them about their financing applications. Process ownership - managing the query management process, the sharia process, and the legal accounts process.  Evaluation of Financials provided by client. Arranging the terms and conditions for any financial agreements. Arranging all agreements including Murabaha & Musharakah agreements.  Updating customer records & ensuring that administrative records are up to date.  Visiting customers and travelling to business meetings.  Review the weekly summary of applications in process for a regular meeting with senior management. Attend Credit Committee Meeting and presents case for approval. Undertake all necessary client contact to generate financing.  Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Takaful – to deal with Takaful Company to arrange Takaful. Excise & Taxation – to deal with agent to arrange Hire Purchase of Vehicle.

 I experienced, research and data collections skills, ability to undertake desk research of primary and secondary sources, ability to analyze written and numerical data. Use problem solving skills and apply sound judgment to complete in-depth studies and formulate conclusions & recommendations. Key policies and programs, contribute to draft policies, provide key inputs to a strategic vision for future programs.
