Our Process
First, we look to develop a customer avatar, establishing how they show up on calls, what problems they’re trying to solve and their biggest objections. Understanding the “why” allows us to create a repeatable and efficient call flow for every conversation.
We combine our unique coaching along with the implementation of peer reviews to help sales reps understand the efficacy of the process.
