PARC Civil, Inc. was founded to serve owners, contractors, federal, state and local agencies, and engineering consultants on civil engineering projects requiring comprehensive planning, design, engineering, and construction management services. The firm contributes significantly to conventional Design Bid Build projects as well as alternate delivery methods such as Design-Build. Expediting project design and approval is one area of PARC Civil's niche services for small and large-sized projects. Our staff is experienced in performing emergency repair and maintenance of underground infrastructure for local and regional municipalities and agencies. The design and construction management support services provided by PARC Civil are utility coordination, grading design, drainage design, SWPPP Services (Certified QSD/QSP staff), constructability reviews, cost estimating, land surveying, EOC labor compliance review, document control, quality assurance, inspection, project, scheduling (Primavera/Microsoft Project), GIS, and topographic surveys. One of the primary goals in establishing the firm is our commitment to the highest possible quality of work, professionalism, and "ownership" of the project. We utilize state-of-the-art Civil 3D design software for engineering design and production, specialized software in the preparation of hydraulic modeling, and other software for niche services. For federally-funded projects, we meet all the FAR requirements for financial reporting and document control.
