PARD- Vietnam

PARD (Pyscho-Education and Applied Research Center for the Deaf) in Vietnam is a Deaf-led organization in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. PARD focuses on empowering the Deaf community in Vietnam by providing skills training, capacity development, youth project initiatives, information and resource sharing, and critical news reporting-- all while promoting awareness of Ho Chi Minh sign language. PARD's overarching mission is to provide skills that support the agency and self-development of Deaf people in Vietnam, while operating under the model of "Nothing About Deaf without Deaf."
