Pardus, Inc is a veteran-owned company founded in 2005 by Scott Newell with the vision of providing customers with world class expertise in Government contracting and acquisition. The company began with a focus on Government source selection facilitation. In this role, the Pardus team provided comprehensive support to Government teams that were in the process of evaluating proposals and making contract award decisions. Over the years, Pardus grew in this area by also supporting acquisition planning and pre-solicitation activities. Based on this demonstrated subject matter expertise, Pardus expanded its mission to not just a supporting role but also being a pivotal contributor to acquisition policy and processes. This natural transition has enabled Pardus to also provide critical acquisition and policy training to the acquisition workforce. Early on, the Pardus team recognized the criticality of impartiality in contracting, specifically source selection support; and therefore, committed to a corporate structure free of all organizational conflicts of interest.
