Paredes Architects, Inc. has developed a well-rounded background in the field of architecture and interior design, in projects such as luxury high-rise multi-family residences, five-star hotels and complex mix-use facilities. Leadership through the emphasis on design and technology is one of our strongest characteristics. We have successfully collaborated on large mix-use projects numerous times. The design philosophy and approach of Paredes Architects, Inc. is rooted in a deep appreciation of both design and technology. Every project has a certain purpose, place, and time. We have always been progressive thinkers and strive for ways to improve, expand and in certain ways re-create our craft. We have never been afraid of a challenge and actually encourage those around us to improve themselves and how we practice Architecture, and how it is currently perceived. Many of the cities that surround us today are in transition, especially with the unique economic situation. We are blessed to have the opportunity for a front row seat to the shift.
