Parent Help

Parent-Help is a registered Limited Company established in 2018. The company was started in order to provide specialist independent social work services from a high calibre of Independent Social Workers (ISW). Alongside recruitment, our Services include facilitating supervised contacts and completing independent social work assessments. We have many years experience in the field and as a result of our first class services, we have seen rapid growth in the last few years. Our services are incomparable, and we are the only supervised contact provider that is not restricted to a region and offer such services across the UK. Our clients consist of Local Authorities, Family Law firms, Individuals, and the courts all over the UK. We pride ourselves in providing high quality independent social work services and value the many positive feedback we receive. We are also accredited by NACCC in ensuring that children and their carers receive high quality intervention and nothing less. In the wake of Covid-19, the delivery of assessments has either occurred virtually or face to face based on needs and we have found that this method of service delivery is increasingly important and useful in covering a wider geographical base as well as considering service users’ needs and or restrictions. By engaging with local community stakeholders in the local area when needed for virtual assessment, Parent-Help has been able to combine the expertise of a network of experienced professionals with the local knowledge and expertise required to deliver outstanding assessments to clients. The quality of assessments we provide are superior and in line with the service provision requirements. This includes the completion of assessments within a timely manner, with the arrangement of an initial virtual meeting within 48 hours of the service request. By keeping to a strict time frame and progressing assessments rapidly, Parent-Help differentiates itself through the efficiency and high quality.
