Parenting Labs is Myanmar's first solution to enable stressed-out parents practice Mindful Parenting. And to equip children with tools and techniques to cope with diverse social settings and hone their Emotional Wellbeing through Social-Emotional Learning. Led by, Ms Jyothi Baniya Subedi, a certified Parenting Practitioner with 12 years of LIVED experience as a parent, Parenting Labs aim to - improve parent-child communication, - reduce symptoms of hyperactivity, - improve parenting satisfaction, - lessens stress and anxiety and - promote more parental involvement overall.
