Parents that Work run courses and couples coaching to help expectant parents transition to parenthood, and then support parents with the transition to two careers while maintaining a strong parenting partnership. We believe that you, as parents are the foundation of your family. When we become parents, our attention quickly shifts to our children and tensions can begin to rise. We want to help retain the focus on your relationship and self identity, to keep the foundations of your family strong. Our vision is to normalise important conversations that couples need to have before becoming parents. Our mission is to support equality in parenting to influence workplace equity.
