In September 2001, Frédéric Lecoq and Thomas Elisian set up Paris Attitude, a company specialised in renting high-quality furnished apartments. Today, they are the leaders in the sector on the Paris market.
In March 2007, backed by this initial experience, they set up Paris Attitude Vente, a new entity entirely dedicated to property transactions. Paris Attitude Vente is comprised of experts of the Paris property market doubling as international negotiators.
Apart from private individuals who are looking for their dream apartment, Paris Attitude Vente is aiming at French and foreign investors, who wish to go into the business of renting furnished apartments, a fast-growing sector.
