Paris Méditation

This meditation comes from South Korea, It is simple and easy to practice for all ages. The purpose of this meditation is to find your true self which is covered by the pictures that we've taken in our mind through our lived life. Those picture are the representation of our conceptions and reality. They mold ourselves with our attachments, and patterns which are separating us from who we really are. Those pictures are recorded through our 5 senses and create the illusionary world in which each individual lives. To recover your true nature, this meditation invites you to reflect on yourself through introspection and to "throw away" the accumulated images of your lived life layer after layer. "Throwing away" means to let go, to free one self, to unfold, and step back from those images which are subjective representations.
