Our History dates back to 1991 when Chester Parker formed Park Lane Construction, Inc. mainly as a construction services company. In 2008, Scott Parker purchased the majority of the assets from his father and formed a new entity Park Lane Construction, LLC. Park Lane Construction has built over 3000 units of conventional market, senior living, university housing, affordable tax-credit, bond, State HOME, FHA and HUD Financed multi-family properties to date, ranging from $500,000 to over $20,000,000 The officers of Park Lane Construction; Chester L. Parker, Jr. and P. Scott Parker have combined experience in the residential, multi-family residential and commercial construction and development field in excess of forty years. That experience has covered an area from Georgia to California and from Wisconsin to Florida. Park Lane Construction holds unlimited General Contractor licenses in the states of Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Georgia and North Carolina. he mission of Park Lane Construction is to provide our clients the construction expertise for the completion of construction projects within the defined scope of work, the allotted time and reasonably budgeted cost.
