IIAAT, part of the Skolkovo Foundation, is led by the world-renowned scientist- Dr. Alexander Nebylov, who has been awarded "MEDAL of HONOR" by the Russian President Hon. Dr. Vladimir Putin for invaluable contributions to science and technology. Skolkovo Foundation is headed by the Russian oligarch Viktor Vekselberg (regarded amongst 10 richest billionaires globally) and Co-Chaired by former Intel Corporation Chairman & CEO Craig Barrett.
