In 1989, at the same time along with the growth and development of the automotive industry in Iran, as one of the main suppliers of production lines to gain a particular place in this industry and this regard changed its brand to Pars Nikan.
In 2011, following the change of shareholders and the formulation of strategic planning based on the specialization of products in the automotive cooling system with the approach of increasing share in the automotive industry and the development of the spare parts market, Pars Nikan brand development was the main focus of its activities.
