Parsons Group provides a proactive approach to managing each one of its communities. We know that the Parsons Family involvement in each community and our staff's dedication to the seniors we serve is what sets us apart. Every month Parsons principals are onsite visiting with residents, working with our teams, and building relationships with staff, residents and families so that we understand how we can serve our communities best. We pride ourselves in providing services to the full economic spectrum. We try to nestle into the local community so our communities are a direct reflection of the local community at large. While each community is different in spirit they are the same in the consistency of care, happy residents, satisfied families, long-tenured staff and strong overall satisfaction among residents, employees, and families. Our smaller size allows direct access to principals, it also allows us to serve each person and their families, and assist with their specific needs. We are proud to offer many signature programs which staff and residents alike benefit from.
