Part Development is a consulting firm that supports a wide range of organizations in their further development so that they can achieve stronger competitiveness. Our way of working has its basis in the essential principles that are at the core of Lean. Problems and opportunities are approached with a conviction that the foundation for an efficient operation is laid by working with the details so as to influence the whole. In our engagements Part Development always serves as a support, not as the ones who actually implement the measures. In this way, our clients’ need for external support is reduced while the knowledge of the improvements achieved remains in the clients’ organizations. Our work in clarifying our clients’ operations, customer demands, visions, and strategies are translated into requirement profiles, which are then implemented in practice throughout the organization. New ways of thinking and new knowledge are transferred to the organization’s leaders, who in turn transfer this information to their own personnel through close collaboration. This train-the-trainer type of arrangement ensures that the changes will be lasting. Part Development is also an established training partner with considerable capabilities in adapting Lean-related courses to actual needs. Our view of how to increase knowledge is that the best way of learning is by doing. This is why, as much as possible; our courses include practical exercises during which our clients have the opportunity to train in their own operations. To make training more efficient, Part Development also develops and conducts various business development games.
