We provide quality welding solution for Steel, Aluminium, etc. for wide range of engineering projects to some of the world renowned companies. We manufacture industrial equipment and structure as per client requirements. The List of equipment manufactured by us is exhaustive, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Centrifuge, Silo, Dryer, Induction Furnace body, Vacuum Chamber, Power plant machinery, Salt Harvesting and Iodization machinery, are to name few. For each project major inspecting authority's requirements has been fulfilled and facilitated, test certificate is also provided as requested. Manufacturing and inspection done as per ASME, API and BVQI quality benchmarks. We have three highly equipped units for engineering projects that includes metal cutting unit, fabrication and assembly unit and CNC machining unit. One of our units is specialized assembly premises, equipped with numerous latest SMAW, MIG, TIG welding and grinding equipment. Entire wielding procedure carried out according to specified WPS. At this premises assembly of our all projects takes place, it is also equipped with high-tech crane and fitting equipment. Our other facility is equipped with latest material cutting machines such as CNC Plasma, CNC Waterjet and CNC Oxyfuel. All profile cutting and bending of materials for all assembly projects takes place at our own premises. Also some of our project involve supply of profile cut and bend materials for overseas market. Material identification inspection test carried before hand for any profile or assembly material cutting. Third unit of PARTECH is equipped with latest CNC machines such as VMC, HMC and Turning Centre. This facility has thirteen CNC VMC 3-axis, five CNC HMC 3- axis, seventeen CNC 2-axis lathe. Major project job work for nationally recognized companies and internationally renowned companies are being undertaken here.
