Overview: Partners for Wellbeing is a boutique consulting firm that is dedicated to bringing total wellbeing to organizations, enabling them to attract, retain and sustain high-performing talent. We believe total wellbeing is comprised of these five key elements: (1) Fulfillment, (2) Human Connection, (3) Financial wellbeing, (4) Mind/Body health, and (5) Community. Together with our clients, we co-develop solutions that bring wellbeing into their culture, so that their people can perform at their best. This - in turn - enables these organizations to be higher performing, productive places where everyone can do their best work. We collaborate with experts to curate solutions that are meaningful and relevant to our clients’ needs. We help clients rationalize, connect and integrate their investments in the pursuit of total wellbeing for their people as the key to living well, working well and being at their best. When people can be at their best, they can perform at their best. Who we are: We are experienced human resources practitioners with broad capabilities. We are practical and pragmatic. Our experience ranges from C-Suite leadership to successful hands-on execution. We bring wellbeing solutions to life by integrating them into all other aspects of our client’s people agenda and their organizational programs. We do this through a modern, more contemporary view to addressing today’s organizational and people needs. People expect more from their employers today (especially Millennials and Gen Z) - and we help address those needs by reimagining performance and productivity through the lens of total wellbeing. Our Approach: Partners for Wellbeing is a business that was born out of the desire of its co-founders to help organizations create great places to work for all of their people through total wellbeing.
