About Partners for Community Development, Inc.
Partners for Community Development, Inc. (Partners) focuses on social services programs and providing the best service to the community in residential energy conservation, housing rehabilitation, home buying assistance, and bi-lingual services. Partners provides a comprehensive range of high-quality home rehabilitation and energy conservation services to the community, delivered by a team of directly employed trade professionals. Partners also provides opportunities for minorities and the disadvantaged to achieve social Our mission is to combine the resources of both public and private sector providing services to meet the needs of minorities and the disadvantaged in order to promote self-sufficiency, community integration, and enhance the vitality of the local economy. We have successfully carried out our mission for 40 years through several programs. We currently offer services in the Eastern Wisconsin counties of Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Manitowoc, Kewaunee and Door. Partners has gained extensive housing development via several programs including Partners Energy Services, Low-Income Weatherization Program, First-Time Homebuyers Assistance Program, Home Rehabilitation & Accessibility Program, and the ownership and management of affordable rental housing. In addition to the housing programs, Partners oversees the Hispanic-American Information Center (HAIC) and Health Programs. The HAIC seeks to connect Hispanic-Americans and other low to moderate-income families to existing community resources that can that can help them integrate positively to society and better themselves and their community. Partners Cares for Kids and Navigator Programs reaches out to children and hard to-reach low-income persons and increases their enrollment in healthcare. Partners implements, evaluates and adapts new and historic programs in order to build the best communities. We are always seeking new opportunities to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve.
