We also regularly advise US firms on practising arrangements in the UK and on partnership disputes in other jurisdictions, such as the Channel Islands, Hong Kong and Singapore Having specialised exclusively in partnership matters over many years, we are thoroughly familiar with the situations that tend to arise in this field and expect to get to the heart of an issue quickly. We understand that partnership disputes require a sensitive and flexible approach and that the strict legal position is only one aspect of a case. Factors such as the interface between partnership law and professional rules often need to be taken into account, as well as a host of tactical considerations.
