Partners in Diversity aims to create a competitive advantage for our region by attracting, retaining and developing diversity influencers and professionals of color. Our signature program, Say Hey!, is the largest multi-cultural networking event in the region.
We bring people together in safe spaces to celebrate and advance diversity and equity in the workplace. A few of our signature programs include Say Hey!, Breakfast for Champions, and CEO Forum.
Formed in 2005, Partners in Diversity supports employers in Oregon and Southwest Washington and is an affiliate of the Portland Business Alliance Charitable Institute.
