PASCAL DUPUY (født 1965 i Frankrike) kom til Norge som 21-åring og startet sin konditorkarriere ved SAS-hotellet i Bergen. I 1995 åpnet han sitt første konditori i Oslo. Pascal høster international anerkjennelse for sine produkter og er innlemmet i presitisjetunge selskap som Relais Dessert International og Guide des Croqueurs de Chocolat. Han regnes som en av verdens beste konditorer.
