Our intimate market knowledge allowed us to identify a gap in the Commercial and Residential building sector for the supply of a comprehensive range of waterproofing and sealant products. With over 30 years of industry knowledge and experience, we have been able to fill this gap by providing a range of specialist products and value added services. Our comprehensive and high-quality product range focuses on the waterproofing and sealant segment of the building industry. Our ongoing aim is to identify a need in our market by working closely with specialist contractors, builders and specifiers to source quality products that will meet their needs. In addition to our product offering, our technical expertise in waterproofing allows us to provide specialist advice. We have the ability to offer solutions by advising on the appropriate product/system for the specific application. Pasco has operated in Melbourne for over 16 years and in addition to the supply of specialist waterproofing and sealant products we have also acquired the distribution rights to Victoria of the iconic Latham brand for the supply of their Safety Flooring Product Range. Furthermore since 2007, as the Exclusive Australian Agent of the Belgium company Buzon, we have successfully launched and established the Buzon Pedestal, which has now become synonymous with the installation of pavers/tiles and timber decking to balconies and podium areas in the commercial and residential construction market. 2016 saw our expansion into NSW through the opening of our office/warehouse in Gladesville. The NSW operation is managed by Bill Boslem, ex Tremco Managing Director with over 40 years’ experience in the sealant and waterproofing industry.
