Passengers United is volunteer-driven, powered by everyday New Yorkers who regularly use mass transit to live and work. Our team is dedicated to making our mass transit better for everyone, putting your needs and concerns first and foremost. Our work includes, among much more, mobilizing communities throughout the region and raising your important issues with our MTA and government officials to ensure that all community members, especially those who are disenfranchised and/or in more vulnerable situations, are heard and represented. In doing so, we maintain independence from corporate and special interest groups as we humbly serve with love and dedication, keeping our mission—to make public transit better for everyone—at the forefront of our efforts.
