The activity of the company "Pasta Metaxa", began in 1996 when the twenty three years old George Metaxas and his wife Liana, founded a pizzeria in Katerini.
The widespread acceptance of the public, combined with many years of experience and continuous study of the nutritional needs of the consumers had, as a result, the creation of a modern factory in order to produce fresh frozen pasta and pizza. In our new facilities, we"combined" Italian traditional products with Greek P.D.O (Protected Destination of Origin) products such as feta, goat cheese and fresh vegetables grown on the fringes of Olympus and transformed the traditional Italian Pasta with filling in a unique dining experience. In combination with, the selection of wheat from the best Greek grains, the result of our effort is impressive.
Certified, with ISO 22000: 2005, the highly trained personnel of the company, secure in a daily bases all the production stages and selects raw materials according to the international safety standards in order to ensure the production of high quality products for the consumers.
By giving a big emphasis in both quality and taste, we have created unique products that can fully satisfy the needs for an easy, healthy and delicious meal that is important for a contemporary way of living. Given, that our products are available in food chains, catering companies and other HO.RE.CA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes) enterprises, can easily be enjoyed every day by a family, a student, a single or a discerning chef who seeks for a big variety in his dishes.
