Established in 2000 in Australia, Patch Solutions is comprised of functional and technical experts with international experience in HCM business requirements and systems implementation in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Hong kong, Thailand, Taiwan, UK and PNG. Patch Solutions provides Oracle HRMS Consulting Services, delivers standard Oracle University Training on HR and Payroll Applications, and conducts specialist Oracle HCM seminars and workshops for large and medium-sized organizations. As Oracle Approved Educator and Oracle Certified Partner, we have been delivering quality HCM solutions through Oracle standard delivery systems since 2001. Understanding our customers’ business requirements, delivering effective solutions and enabling them to independently operate the systems effectively after implementation are the key drivers of our Consulting Services and Training Services. We prioritise the success of our customers and we are consistently invited back to implement additional applications by many of them. We have been involved in various large-scale implementations in Australia including milestone projects such as the first major Oracle E-Business Payroll implementation in Australia in 2002 and the first implementation of Oracle Talent Management and Advanced Benefits in Australia in 2007.
