Paterson Arran

Who are Paterson Arran? We are part of the Burton's Biscuit Co family with a bakery in West Lothian, and a chutney, mustard and preserves factory on the isle of Arran, Scotland. We’ve been growing and moving apace as we develop new commercial opportunities and bring great brands and offers to our customers. You might readily associate some of our products with us: Paterson’s Shortbread of course, or Arran Mustard. Some others might surprise you: we’re the guys who make Bronte biscuits for instance. And we also make some of the ingredients that you might find in your favourite pizza restaurant, or in a supermarket sandwich! You’ll find our products all over the UK, in stores, on trains, in hotels. You’ll increasingly find them outside the UK too – and en route! Millions of our packs every year are carried and served on cruise ships, ferries and on major airlines.
