In 2014, PCI was created to fill the need for innovative minds to collaborate in the design and creation of revolutionary products in the composites manufacturing industry. PCI pushes the boundaries in the fabrication of innovative composite products for clients who are at the cutting edge of the aerospace, defence, medical and marine industries. We collaborate closely with clients to form long-term relationships and drive development of existing and prototype products. We have produced parts that have withstood the unpredictability of outer space, to ones that are used daily by thousands of people. We believe in making cool stuff, and we believe there is no limit to what is possible. Our composite processing services include filament winding (carbon, glass, aramid, prepreg), autoclave & out-of-autoclave curing for prepreg laminates, RTM (resin transfer moulding) and VARTM (vacuum assisted resin transfer moulding) for dry laminates, and wet lamination. PCI is certified to ISO 9100:2015 and AS9100 REV D quality standards, and is a member of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
