The PATH Group

We invite you to join The PATH Group, a networking and job search support ministry created to assist & enable the unemployed, underemployed, and misemployed. The Mission of the PATH Group is To Illuminate the Path for all Seekers. The PATH Group provides the Job Seeker with: • Spiritual Support • Emotional Support • Job Search Support • Networking Support The PATH Group does not engage in recruiting, outplacement, or fee-based activities. Services and Programs are FREE of Charge and are available to anyone who may seek them. The PATH Group does not guarantee Job Seekers a Job, but does provide the tools, techniques, training, and tactics to be successful in their individual job search efforts. Dates are subject to change • Presentations/programs by subject matter experts and/or workshops relevant to the Job Search process INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROGRAM: • Career direction/advice • Emotional Support & Counsel • Feedback & recommendations on Job Search tools & techniques • Creation of Job Search Plans & Strategies • Skills Enhancement JOB SEARCH WORK TEAM/GROUP COACHING - Designed to drive productivity/accountability. Held weekly via Zoom on Monday evenings at 7:30 PM (CST) open to all disciplines: • Resume review • Interview Preparation • Increase Networking reach • Reduce time to placement The PATH Group is a Job Search Support Ministry of the Compass & St Thomas the Apostle Churches.
