PathLink is committed to enriching and fulfilling the lives of adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in our community. There are approximately 125 home and community-based services (HCBS) providers in Stark County, but PathLink differentiates itself by operating with unparalleled integrity, honesty and a sincere desire to do what is right. Our vision is to grow into a financially sound organization that provides exceptional person-centered care. The lack of ethical, compassionate HCBS providers creates a gap into which PathLink aims to step. The 200,000+ individuals living with IDD in Ohio deserve caring, high-quality services, but some agencies prioritize profits over people. PathLink was founded to remedy this problem. We believe that every individual deserves to lead a rewarding life surrounded by people who genuinely care about their well-being. Our goal is to empower individuals through respect, community and innovation. By focusing on honesty, integrity and doing what is right, PathLink creates an experience where individuals feel valued and cared for.
