LabOne offers different services which include: Clinical Pathology department which is focused on the diagnosis of diseases based on the macroscopic, microscopic, biochemical, immunologic and molecular examination of organs and tissues. This department is based in all our Healthcare clinics in South Africa, hosting clinical, molecular and chemistry departments Food Microbiology: The main objective of this division is to ensure safety of food products, using microbiological tests which identifies pathogens and spoilage organisms. Through this we are able to assist the government and manufacturing companies in the active prevention of contamination which could lead to food poisoning outbreaks. Mineral Analysis: Our chemical analysis of rocks and minerals division’s objective is to determine the concentrations of elements and certain components. Water Analysis: Our Water chemistry analysis division’s objective is to identify and quantify the chemical components and properties of water samples in order to identify the type and sensitivity of the use of the water.
