We implement Restorative Practices (RP) in schools, businesses and organizations so that they can foster healthy communication, mitigate conflict, and repair harm constructively. Our services include circle facilitation and coaching tailored to a unique situation, open workshops, and training individuals to implement RP in their own communities.
We frequently work with school systems, school administrators, and teachers to support them in implementing RP for both students and staff to build trust, nurture healthy dialogue, meet the goals of Social Emotional Learning, and provide an alternative to punitive discipline.
Grounded in the principles of Restorative Justice, we use Restorative Practices and Community Building Circles to give both young people and adults the tools to build meaningful relationships and address conflict when it does arise.
