A Non-Governmental Organisation based in Pune, India. We work in women's empowerment, preventive healthcare, awareness, education, skill development, and livelihood. Founded in 2018 By Mrs. Arva Kapasi, Pathways foundation spread its roots in the quaint 'Bastis' in and around Pune. We are currently functioning in Tadiwala Basti and Bhavani Peth Bastis. we now host a plethora of skill development initiatives such as computer literacy courses, Financial Education, Tailoring, and English speaking, at subsidized rates for the underprivileged, and make them job-ready and ready to support themselves. We also run "Pathways marketplace", a fundraising arm of the foundation, showcasing articles made by local artisans perfect for gifting at corporate events or by the general public, profits go directly to the artisans.
