Pathways Into Music

The Pathways Into Music Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation launched by CMU to support music educators and music talent development programmes around the UK and beyond, and to help early-career music-makers plan their personal pathways into music. It also seeks to connect all the different strands of music education – classical, commercial, formal, informal, performance, composition, production and business – with all the different strands of the music industry, helping them speak the same language and share knowledge and experience. Pathways Into Music is led by CMU founder Chris Cooke and artist manager and music business educator Phil Nelson.
