Pathways provides comprehensive support services designed to help women and children experiencing homelessness regain stability and achieve self-sufficiency. In the early 1980s, the number of women and children experiencing homelessness in Birmingham was both startling and growing. Pathways was founded to fill this critical gap, providing essential daytime services for women experiencing homelessness. Over the years, Pathways has evolved, merging with other nonprofits to become the comprehensive support agency it is today, dedicated to empowering women and children through a range of supportive programs.
