Patience Support Organisation

Patience Support Organisation company information, Employees & Contact Information

Patience Community Based Organization is a registered community based organization formed in 2012 by Victor Nadebu who was among a group of volunteers who pulled together their resource to address pertinent challenges around Kangemi targeting People Living with HIV and AIDS, Orphaned Children and Women through education, youth and women empowerment. The driving force behind the formation of the organization was a desire by the founder to mitigate the daily challenges and establish a mutual support and empowerment forum, which would help the target group, cope with the devastation. By 2013, patience created free primary school for over 300 pupils in Kangemi. The school started informally with a few pupils, one table and rented chairs. Today, PATIENCE remains free and has grown to provide creative and innovative programs, and micro-credit opportunities to the families every year. However, patience is not finished. PATIENCE is looking for volunteers who can explore their ideas and join us in this initiative so that we can be in a position to provide safe and secure housing, a host of academic and health support services, access to clean water, reliable electricity and job training.
