Patience Modular (“PM”) is a SE Asian based Volumetric Modular design and manufacturing company aiming to bring cutting edge modular delivery to the Asia Pacific market.
PM specialises in the design, manufacture and delivery of volumetric modular units focused on the hospitality, residential, student accommodation and specific high value custom projects.
Our design and commercial centre is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia with production in Sriracha, Thailand. We operate an export only business currently aiming to serve specific, high value markets such as Australia, Singapore, Japan and New Zealand.
PM is a subsidiary of Patience Capital Group (“PCG”), a leading real estate investment management company. PCG manages assets on behalf of institutional clients and private investors worldwide.
