Nous sommes une petite entreprise familiale avec plus d'un siècle et ½ de savoir-faire à son actif. Elle a été créée en 1852 et se transmet de père en fils.
Située en Normandie et plus précisément à Houlgate, sur la Côte Fleurie, nous sommes spécialisés dans la confiserie. Nous avons une large gamme de confiserie pour satisfaire petits et grands gourmands. Notre produit phare : la fameuse Boule Coco, la confiserie de votre enfance enrobée de noix de coco qui fait partie des « Saveurs de Normandie ».
Nous fabriquons également des bâtons à glacer et des snackings, sans oublier notre fameux Arôme Patrelle, le Saveur des Potages.
