For two decades, our staff has been comprised of analysts, programmers/developers and business professionals. We do all of our own programming - we write our own code. We work together as a team. PCG is NOT a "staff augmentation" company. In other words, we don't leave our business analysts, project managers or programmers out in state or federal government offices to be managed by other individuals.
