Paul Ralph Consulting and Development (PRCD) work with people to help them to provide the best possible experience for their disabled customers. Paul Ralph, the Director, described the services as involving auditing, testing, training, advising and bespoke pieces of work. If you are interested in accessibility and inclusion he is happy to have a conversation with you. Describing the business he says; "I help people and organisations to create an accessible websites, publications, environments, events or consultations. I have written books and publications, training courses and workshops, and provide public speaking around the themes of online marketing, using technology, and how to include inclusion for all in day-to-day work. I have created websites for all sorts of exciting organisations and projects. Produced publications in braille, audio, easy read and clear print. I have written software to enable people to achieve and for tasks to be more easily managed. From databases to directories, in print to onscreen, and from large to small. I am passionate about equality and promoting the skills, talents and aspirations of disabled people. I have held several voluntary roles and am currently a member of the Scottish Parliament’s Equality Advisory Group, a volunteer with the Community Website Initiative, and a pro bono advisor to several social enterprises and community groups.
